dr. Sarah Duignan

Host and creator of AnthroDish, Sarah is a PhD candidate at McMaster University, specializing in the anthropology of health. Sarah focuses on looking at research issues through a biocultural lens, meaning she likes to think about all the ways in which society, culture, environment, biology, economy, politics, etc. can inform the way people interact and behave with each other. Somehow despite always being fascinated by food and nutrition, her research tends to steer away from that and more on big picture health... so that might be why this podcast exists.

Lukas Wojcicki

Lukas is the brains behind that super catchy intro song, and our resident sound editor. Without his musical background and audio training from Berklee School of Music, it's safe to say AnthroDish would be filled with "uhhhh I can't remember what I was saying" and way too much swearing.

In addition to his work for AnthroDish podcast, he is the sound editor for This Mom Loves by Kate Winn and the forthcoming Passion Project Pod for Cat Margulis.
